With deep roots in Central Pennsylvania and a shared history that began long before their legal careers, Jacob Diviney and Ethan Wilt proudly serve individuals, families, and businesses throughout the Huntingdon County region. Having grown up in the area, attended school together, and developed a longstanding professional partnership grounded in trust and teamwork, they are committed to providing practical, dependable counsel to the communities they call home.

Jacob W. Diviney, Esq.

Jacob “Jake” Diviney is committed to providing trusted, high-quality legal counsel to clients throughout Central Pennsylvania. A native of the region, Jake brings to his practice a strong academic background, broad legal experience, and a longstanding commitment to serving the community he calls home.

Jake graduated magna cum laude from Juniata College, earning his degree in Politics with distinction. During his time at Juniata, he distinguished himself both academically and athletically as a four-year letterman and team captain of the football team. He was also recognized as a National Strength and Conditioning Association All-American, reflecting the discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence that continue to define his professional approach.

He began his legal career as a law clerk with the firm’s predecessor, Gill, McManamon & Ghaner, before attending Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, where he graduated with distinction and ranked in the top ten of his class. Following law school, Jake gained valuable experience as an associate attorney at both a respected regional firm in Blair County and a Top Am Law 100 firm in Pittsburgh, where he developed a well-rounded foundation across a broad range of legal matters.

Today, Jake concentrates his practice in Estate Planning and Administration, Real Estate, Business Law, and Civil Litigation. In addition to his private practice, he serves as Solicitor for Huntingdon County Children and Youth Services, Mifflin County Children and Youth Services and for various municipalities throughout Central Pennsylvania, providing counsel on important local government and public matters.

Jake is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. He also serves as an adjunct professor of law at Juniata College, where he shares his legal knowledge and experience with students pursuing their own professional paths.

Outside the office, Jake enjoys working out, training for and competing in triathlons, and spending time outdoors throughout the region, including riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing, and off-roading, as well as spending time with his fiancé, Maddy. His deep roots in the area, combined with his professionalism, dedication, and client-centered approach, make him a trusted advisor to individuals, families, businesses, and public entities across the region.

Ethan Wilt, lawyer in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania

Ethan Wilt is dedicated to providing strategic, client-focused legal representation to individuals and businesses throughout Central Pennsylvania. A lifelong connection to the region and a commitment to community service shape his approach to the practice of law, where he is known for diligent preparation, strong advocacy, and dependable counsel in matters that significantly impact his clients’ lives and businesses.

Ethan graduated magna cum laude from Juniata College, earning his degree in Politics. During his time at Juniata, he distinguished himself both academically and athletically as a member and team captain of the football team. He was also recognized as a USA College Football All-American, reflecting the discipline, leadership, and perseverance that continue to define his professional approach. While in college, Ethan began his legal career by interning with the Honorable Judge George Zanic of the Huntingdon County Court of Common Pleas, gaining early exposure to courtroom procedure and judicial decision-making.

He went on to attend Penn State Law School, where he developed the legal knowledge and analytical foundation that support his practice today. Following graduation, Ethan practiced at a regional law firm before serving as First Assistant District Attorney in Huntingdon County. In that role, he gained substantial courtroom experience handling criminal prosecutions, conducting hearings, and participating in jury trials, further strengthening his litigation and trial advocacy skills.

Today, Ethan concentrates his practice in Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Employment Law, and Personal Injury. He also represents municipalities throughout Central Pennsylvania, providing counsel on matters involving local governance, regulatory compliance, and public administration. Whether advocating in contested civil matters, defending clients facing criminal charges, or assisting individuals navigating workplace or injury-related disputes, Ethan approaches each case with careful preparation, sound judgment, and a commitment to achieving practical, effective results.

Ethan is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, all Pennsylvania State Courts, and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

Outside the office, Ethan enjoys hunting, training and competing in endurance events, and has completed a full Ironman triathlon. He continues to pursue endurance athletics while spending time with his wife, Ashley, and their daughter, Rory. His dedication to discipline, perseverance, and balance carries through both his personal life and professional practice, where he is proud to serve the community as a trusted advisor and advocate.
